1. Processing Time (Order Preparation)

Before your order is shipped, our team performs a final quality check and packs your items in our reinforced, eco-friendly tubes to prevent breakage.

• Standard Processing: Please allow 2-3 business days for us to prepare your order.
• Note: During high-volume periods (holidays or new launches), processing may take up to 4 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We proudly ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

3. The "Safe Arrival" Promise

Incense is delicate. We understand the frustration of receiving broken sticks. That's why we use custom-engineered cushioned packaging for every order.
In the rare event that your items arrive damaged, simply snap a photo and email us at contact@zennovateshop.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement immediately—no questions asked.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package's journey via our [Track Your Order] page.

• Please note: It may take 24-48 hours for the tracking status to update after the label is created.

5. Taxes & Duties

• United States: No additional duties for orders under $800.
• International: Customers are responsible for any customs and import duties that may apply. These fees are not included in our shipping charges.
